We all have a little bit of the engineer in us. Wanting to find out how something works is as natural to us as breathing or sleeping. But there are a rare few who want to know not only how, but why things are the way they are. Jerry Berggren falls into that category. His innate curiosity has been the driving force behind many of the choices in his life, including the choice to become involved in local government. A position volunteering for a citizen committee in 2008 evolved into a current position on the City of Rowlett, Texas’ Tax Increment Financing District Board, and a recent bid for City Council.

Jerry’s own curiosity is balanced with a desire to share this knowledge with others. The website we designed for him is a clear, easy-to-understand vehicle for communicating with visitors. It expresses information in a way that’s as straightforward and personable as he is. On it, he balances information about himself as well as his professional interests, all in a way that is easy to navigate and easy to read. It’s also an excellent home for any future campaigns Jerry decides to undertake, and will provide an ideal place for him to post information about his platform, opportunities to get involved, and even ways to contribute to the campaign.
